Effective estate planning is extremely important because it allows you to protect your loved ones and your assets when you are no longer able to. At the ESTATE PLANNING LAW GROUP OF GEORGIA, James M. Miskell P.C., we believe that estate planning is most effective when you understand all of your options before making any major decisions.
Education Through Enrollment
Any law firm can sell you an estate plan and push you out the door. At our main office in Johns Creek, however, we enroll our clients in the estate planning process rather than giving them a one-size-fits-all plan that may not be in line with their goals.
When guiding you through the process, we listen first because we know that we cannot help you reach your goals unless we know exactly what they are. Through workshops and one-on-one consultations, we help you understand trusts, wills and other estate planning tools that may help achieve your goals. Then, we will help you make the important decisions about how to protect your assets and your loved ones.
At our law firm, the process does not end there. Many clients choose to participate in our maintenance program. Through this program, you have the option to attend our workshops to stay up to date on changes that may affect your estate plan. Our lawyers will also review your documents to ensure that your plan is continuing to promote your goals.
